CONTINENTAL USA SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order.

APO/FPO or PO Boxes
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
We do ship to University Boxes. Please be sure to include the dorm or hall name and street address with box number.

Change of Delivery Address
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order.

NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Italy and France

Standard International
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 14-30 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Cost is based on weight and destination.

Customs and Duties
SOPHY does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that SOPHY does not pay these fees.
